Mission: To reduce pain and distress and help people to live with confidence and vitality
Vital Connections is an occupational therapy service dedicated to helping people with complex chronic conditions. These conditions are frequently linked with pain, fatigue and experiences of trauma. The focus of treatment is to regain a sense of safety, reduce pain and distress, and empower people to grow in independence and live with confidence and vitality.
Occupational therapists at Vital Connections treat children, adolescents, families and young adults.
Cate is an Occupational Therapist and founder of Vital Connections. She has over thirty years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults in senior clinician and managerial roles in public health, community and mental health, and private practice.
